KIM'S CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

  • 3 C shredded cheddar
  • 1 C mayo
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 bag chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Divide in two
  • wrap each ball in cling wrap and aluminum foil
  • Refrigerate 8-12 hours
  • Serve with crackers or pretzel thins
