KIM'S CHEESE BALL
- 3 C shredded cheddar
- 1 C mayo
- Garlic salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2-3/4 bag chopped pecans or walnuts
Mix all ingredients together
Divide in two
wrap each ball in cling wrap and aluminum foil
Refrigerate 8-12 hours
Serve with crackers or pretzel thins
