1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 kiwi, pared and pureed
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lime peel and baking powder
Combine flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles cornmeal. Pat into 9 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Combine sugar, kiwi, eggs, lime juice and peel and baking powder.
Pour over crust.
Return to oven and bake 25 minutes.
Cool, sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares.
