Ingredients

6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (for whites)
1/2 cup sugar (for yolks)
1 litre half & half cream
1/2 litre whip cream
26 ounce bottle Brandy
Nutmeg


Separate the eggs with the whites into a smaller bowl and the yolks into a large serving bowl. Whip the whites with the sugar until quite soft. Whip yolks with sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the half & half cream.


Whip the whip cream and fold into yolk mixture. Beat in brandy into yolk mixture.


Fold in white mixture.


Grate nutmeg on each serving.
