KOOL AID POPCORN BALLS
Kool Aid Popcorn Balls
My brohter and I used to always make these for our kids.
What I love about them is you can do holiday colors.
And they are fruity!

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 3dz
- 9 c. popped popcorn
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 env. Kool-Aid unsweetened soft drink mix, any flavor
DIRECTIONS
Place popcorn in a large bowl, lightly buttered. Have an adult bring the corn syrup, sugar, and soft-drink mix to a boil in a saucepan. Boil over medium heat until mixture separates into a hard thread when dropped into very cold water, about 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn, mixing quickly to coat well. Let stand 3 minutes. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
