- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame salt
- Mix ingredient in a small bowl. Taste to make sure it's sweet. Pour onto beef or chicken and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
