- Cooking Time:

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Do not make ahead of time.
- Add to meat right before grilling.

I have made this several times now and it has been a hit. It was particularly good on salmon, just as easy as buying a pre-made marinade in the grocery store but far more delicious.
