Korean Spinach Salad

Why I Love This Recipe

Pair with short ribs.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb fresh spinach
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Coarse sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Directions

Wash and dry the spinach. Remove any bad leafs.


In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and toss spinach in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and shock the spinach (pour cold water over). Drain and use paper towels to dry the spinach completely. Place spinach in a large bowl and toss with remaining ingredients. Serve at room temperature.
