LIGHT CARROT-RAISIN SALAD

Ingredients

3 cups coarsely shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced unpeeled Gala or Empire apples
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nonfat or light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup nonfat or light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute or sugar


Place carrots, apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl and toss to mix. Combine the dressing ingrs in a small bowl and stir to mix well. Add the dressing to the salad & toss to mix. Serve immedi. or cover & refrig. for several hours before serving.
