LOWFAT YUMMY BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 3/4 Cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 TBSP sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 TBSP honey
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Directions

  • These are incredibly lowfat! You'll never know!
  • I just threw all the wet ingredients in one bowl, the dry in another, then combined the two and slowly mixed together the yummy ingredients. I baked them at 350 for about 20 minutes (check at 18 minutes). They're fast and easy to make! Try them and tell me what you think :)
