Laney's Lemony Hummus

Serves 4 | Prep Time 3 | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 can or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
juice of 1 lemon (add a lil zest for some zing)
1 tbsp tahini
1-2 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp sea salt (I love this kind, affordable and nutritious!)
sprinkle of black pepper


Food process all ingredients except olive oil, and slowly drizzle oil into hummus at end until smooth and creamy! Enjoy on sandwiches, wraps, or with veggies
