- 12 sprigs dried lavender stem, (with or without flowers)
- 4 cups sugar
- 1.Place dried lavender with sugar in a re-sealable bag or airtight container and store for at least 2 weeks.
- To Assemble:
- 1.Place 1 cup of the sugar in a decorative bag (cellophane, etc.) with a sprig of lavender and tie with a ribbon.
- Tie a sprig of lavender with the ribbon for an extra touch.
NotesA great way to gently flavour your baking (add extra lavender flowers to your favourite shortbread recipe), fresh berries or your coffee and teas (great to sweeten iced tea). Wrapped in little bags tied with a ribbon, they make a lovely hostess gift or a take-away treat for your own party!
