Layered Bean Dippy
2 16 oz cans of refried beans
1 2 oz sliced black olives
1 1/2 cups mild salsa
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
Spread half of the beans in the bottom of a 9x9" glass baking dish. Layer half of the olives, half of the salsa and half of the cheeses, Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve with tortill chips. Garnish with sour cream, sliced green onion and shredded lettuce, if desired.
