LEMON BARS

 

  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Mix egg, cake mix and oil together until crumbly.
  • Reserve 1 cup to use later.
  • Press remainder in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon juice together.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Sprinkle with reserved cup of mixture.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
