LEMON BARS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 6 tbsp. lemon juice
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  • Mix and press first 4 ingredients (butter through flour) into a 9x13 pan Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Combine flour and sugar, mix in eggs and lemon juice. Pour into crust.
  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
