LEMON CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Chicken
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/8 tablespoons tarragon leaf
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

  • Brown chicken in tablespoon oil. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Stir now and then.
  • Prep time: 30 minutes
  • Cooking time: 45 minutes
  • Serves: 4
