1 TBspn olive oil
1lb chicken breast strips
3 cups brocolli florettes
1 sm red pepper, sliced into skinny strips
1 sm pkg SF lemon jello
1/2 cup chicken broth, heated
2 TBspn softened creamm cheese
2 TBspn Italian Dressing (Light Done Right has 2 carbs and is delicious!)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 TBspn slivered almonds
Heat oil in skillet, add chkn, cook for 4-5 minutes or until done, add broc and pprs. Cook while stirring for about 2-3 more minutes.
In a small bowl, mix hot broth, salad dressing, & garlic, add jello and stir until dissolved. Add to skillet, stir til well blended then add cream cheese and stir til smooth.
Reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes more or until sauce is a good consistency.
Toss in almonds right before serving.
