INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 10
  • Servings: 48
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

Stir all ingredients except powdered sugar together and drop by teaspoonfuls into powder sugar and roll into balls. Place on greased and floured cookie sheet.


Bake at 350 degrees F until light brown.


Variation: Can also be made with different flavors of cake mix.
