Lemon Cookies
Friend gave it to me. She said she found it on the cake mix box. She makes them every spring -- a great treat.

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4 doz.
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon peel in large bowl
2. Stir thoroughly
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking pan
4. Press pecan halves into center of each cookie
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes
