Lemon Cut-Out Cookies
1/2 pound butter (1/2 sweet and 1/2 salty)
3 cups all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon cold water
1 lemon, rind and juice.
Mix well and work like pie crust cutting in butter.
Make a well and add the 4 egg yolks, 1 Tablespoon cold water, and 1 lemon rind and juice.
Roll out 1/8" thick and cut out.
Bake for 15 minutes at 325F.
