LEMON DROP COOKIES
Lemon Drop Cookies
This recipe is great! You don't have to stick to lemon flavor either. I have used strawberry, chocolate, and orange cream.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1bx lemon cake mix (or any other flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 1 small cool whip, softened
- powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Drop by teaspoons into powdered sugar. (You will think that this isn't going to work because it is too soft, but it does). Roll in powdered sugar, and put them 3 across on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cool on wire racks.
