Lemon Garlic Pasta
½ pound package thin spaghetti
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1. Cook spaghetti per package instructions, drain.
2. While spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until golden, but do not burn. Add lemon juice, bouillon, and pepper; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
3. Toss hot pasta with the garlic mixture in a large bowl; stir in cheese and parsley and serve immediately.
