LEMON HERBED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh Salmon Fillet
  • .25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP dried Basil
  • .5 TBSP dried Oregano
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper - to taste

Directions

  • 1 pound fresh Salmon Fillet
  • .25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP dried Basil
  • .5 TBSP dried Oregano
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper - to taste
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine lemon juice, garlic, basil and oregano in small mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place Salmon and marinade in ziplock bag. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Place marinade and salmon (skin side down) in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
