Lemon Pepper Chicken Saute'
1 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
1 pound chicken breast, cooked, skinless
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz baby carrots
1/3 cup scallion(s)
3/4 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tsp dried parsley
rub lemon pepper on chick. in large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute' chicken 7-10 min per side or until done, remove from skillet keep warm.
Add carrots and onions to skillet. Saute 2 min. Whisk together broth and flour. Pour over vegetables; bring to a boil. Simmer 2 min
Add sour cream and parsley. Simmer 2 min. Spoon over chicken makes 4 servings
