Lemon Pepper Vinegar
Remove 1x3" strip lemon peel with vegetable peeler from 1 lemon making
sure no pith is attached.
1 7/8 c. rice wine vinegar
Add rind and peppercorns in jar. Pour in rice wine vinegar. Place in sunny window for 1-2 days. Taste. Remove peel and corns. Seal. Store in cool dark place.
