Lemon Poppyseed Bread
1 lemon cake mis
1 lemon jello pudding and pie mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup poppy seeds or to your liking
Mix all together and beat until creamy. Bake in medium bread tins at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans slightly and turn out on a rack. Makes 2 loafs or 4 small loaves.
