Lemon Pudding Squares
1 1/2 graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar-divided
6 tbs margarine or butter(for the crust)
2 (8oz pkgs) cream cheese-softened
3 cups milk-divided
2 pkgs (4oz serving lemon instant pudding)
1 (8oz) tub whipped topping
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter until blended. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan. (You can buy 2 pre-made gram cracker pie crusts instead of making this crust if you are pressed for time.)
Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar,1/4 cup milk, until blended. Spread over crust.
Pour 2 3/4 cups of milk into large bowl, add pudding mixes. Blend Well.
Pour mix over cream cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Cover with whipped topping.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
