Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled

  • Combine all ingredients

This is a wonderful lemony filling for Danishes
