LEMON SQUASH CREAMY SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. thinly sliced yellow squash
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Simmer squash and onion in broth until tender. Pour into food processor, add lemon pepper and process at high speed til smooth. Just before serving add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
