• 1 pkg lemon cake mix
• 1 pkg lemon pudding mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup water (I use milk)
• 4 eggs
• GLAZE
• blend 1 cup powder sugar with 2 Tab lemon juice drizzle over cake
• Glaze:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 3-4 tbs. lemon juice
• To Make Glaze:
• Place 2 cups powdered sugar in medium mixing bowl.
• Whisk in melted butter and lemon juice.Drizzle over cake and cool.
