- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water (I use milk)
- 4 eggs
- blend 1 cup powder sugar with 2 Tab lemon juice drizzle over cake
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3-4 tbs. lemon juice
- To Make Glaze:
- Place 2 cups powdered sugar in medium mixing bowl.
- Whisk in melted butter and lemon juice.Drizzle over cake and cool.
- Preheat oven to 350
- mix all ingredients med speed 2 min. pour into a greased bundt pan for 45~55 min cool and invert onto serving plate
