LEMON TARRGON DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c sourcream
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 3 T chopped red onion
  • 2 t chopped lemon zest
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T+1 t capers drained and chopped
  • 2t tarragon
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • 1/4 t pepper

Directions

  • Whisk in a bowl until well-mixed: ¾ c sourcream, ¼ c mayonnaise, 3 T chopped red onion, 2 t chopped lemon zest, 2 T lemon juice, 1T+1t capers drained and chopped, 2t tarragon, ½ t onion powder, ½ t sugar, ¼ t pepper
  • Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours, or until chilled
