LEMON TARRGON DIPPING SAUCE
Lemon Tarrgon Dipping Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 c sourcream
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 3 T chopped red onion
- 2 t chopped lemon zest
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T+1 t capers drained and chopped
- 2t tarragon
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/4 t pepper
DIRECTIONS
Whisk in a bowl until well-mixed: ¾ c sourcream, ¼ c mayonnaise, 3 T chopped red onion, 2 t chopped lemon zest, 2 T lemon juice, 1T+1t capers drained and chopped, 2t tarragon, ½ t onion powder, ½ t sugar, ¼ t pepper
Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours, or until chilled
