LEMON AND EGG SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 12 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups sodium redused chicken broth

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan, beat eggs until frothy. Add lemon juice and stir. Place over very low heat. Add chicken broth slowely, stirring constantly. Continue to stir and cook until sauce is thickened, 10 to 15 minutes
