Lemon and Horseradish New Potatoes
1½ pounds small red potatoes, unpeeled, cut in bite size
¼ cup butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 Place butter in casserole dish and melt in oven.
3 Stir in remaining ingredients and toss to coat; cover and bake 45 minutes or until tender, stirring often.
