Lemon pound cake
3 oz. package lemon jello
1/2 cup warm water
1 box lemon cake mix
2/3 cup salad oil
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve jello in water and set aside.
In a large bowl mix the cake mix and oil.
Beat for 2 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
Stir in jello and mix well.
Grease and flour a tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, and then remove to cool on a wire rack.
