Lemonade Cheesecake

Ingredients

2 cups ricotta cheese
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 graham cracker crust (9-in.)


Combine the ricotta cheese and the lemonade. mix add the eggs sugar and flour. Process or blend for 2 minutes. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
