LEMONY FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • about 2 Tbsp milk
  • about 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  • In medium mixer bowl beat butter, gradually adding sugar and milk until frosting is the correct consistency for spreading.
  • Add lemon juice, mixing well.
  • Spread frosting on top half of cool cake, and enjoy!
