- 3 oz. fettuccine
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel
- 2 tbl. broken pecans
- 1. let cream and margarine come to room tempurature.Meanwhile cook pasta adding peas in last five minutes.Return peas and pasta to warm saucepan.
- 2. Add cream and margarine,parm cheese and lemon peel to pasta.toss to coat sprinkle with nuts.
