LEMONY FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH PEAS

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 tbl. margarine
  • 3 oz. fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp lemon peel
  • 2 tbl. broken pecans

Directions

  • 1. let cream and margarine come to room tempurature.Meanwhile cook pasta adding peas in last five minutes.Return peas and pasta to warm saucepan.
  • 2. Add cream and margarine,parm cheese and lemon peel to pasta.toss to coat sprinkle with nuts.
