Lemony fettuccine alfredo with peas
1/4 cup light cream
1 tbl. margarine
3 oz. fettuccine
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp lemon peel
2 tbl. broken pecans
1. let cream and margarine come to room tempurature.Meanwhile cook pasta adding peas in last five minutes.Return peas and pasta to warm saucepan.
2. Add cream and margarine,parm cheese and lemon peel to pasta.toss to coat sprinkle with nuts.
