Leslie's Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
3/4 cups oil
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon red food coloring

DIRECTIONS

Mix above ingredients well. Portion into cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
