Leslie's White Icing
This is absolutely the best icing ever. I like this so much better than buttercream icing.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 egg whites (I know use powdered egg whites for safety reasons.)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- dash salt
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Beat egg whites until stiff, slowly add powdered sugar a little at a time, then blend in other ingredients.
