LIGHT AND CRISP WAFFLES
Light And Crisp Waffles
Smells so good in the morning.Fresh cooked, beats frozen anytime!
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 15-20
- Servings: 4-6

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Cups sweet milk or butter milk
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 Cup oil
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
DIRECTIONS
Preheat waffle maker. Put all of the ingredients into a large mixer bowl, except the beaten egg whites. Beat on low until moistened. increase to medium, mix until smooth. By hand fold in the egg whites. Pour a 1/2 C. of batter into the center of the grid. Close waffle maker, bake until golden (3-3 1/2 minutes). Be sure to grease the grid now and then between baking waffles, to make sure they don't stick.
