- 1/2 C. Lite Soy Sauce
- 1/2 C. Poppyseed & Carmelized Onion Salad Dressing (or similar - this one is made by Eating Right)
- 2 T. Brown Deli Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Ground Ginger
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper or Pepper Flakes
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- Mix all ingredients except chicken in slow cooker. This will form a lovely, brown sauce. Place chicken in slow cooker and coat with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hrs., or on high for 4-5 hrs., until chicken is cooked through.
