Lima Beans with Lemon
1 box (9 oz.) frozen lima beans
2 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Cook lima beans according to package instruction but add butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook until tender.
2 Drain but leave about ⅓ cup water.
3 Mix lemon juice with cornstarch and gradually stir into lima beans; cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened.
