Linda's Cheddar Spinach Appetizer Squares

Ingredients You'll Need
8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups half and half
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 13x9" pan; press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. In medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and flour. Add half and half, spinach, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Cut into squares; garnish as desired. Serve warm.
