Linda's Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

1/2 cup of margarine

3/4 cup of sugar

4 eggs

1 can of crushed pineapple (1 pound 4 oz. size)

7 slices of bread – cubed


Cream butter and sugar and beat in eggs one at a time – stir in pineapple – fold in bread




Turn into greased one and a half quart casserole and bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
