INGREDIENTS

  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Green Onions
  • Shrimp or Lobster Tail
    •

DIRECTIONS

Steam the lobster tail


Or sautee the shrimp


Mince garlic very finely and combine with butter


Add salt/pepper to butter


Place shrimp/lobster on a plate, drizzle with the butter sauce and top with chopped green onions
