Why I Love This Recipe

Easy, tasty and refreshing in the summer


Ingredients You'll Need

8 oz smoked salmon slices
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp chives
1 tsp dill
squeeze of lemon (to taste)


Directions

combine cream cheese, chives, dill and lemon in a bowl until soft enough to spread


lay out salmon slices and spread layer of cream cheese on each slice


roll each slice, stick with a toothpick, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
