LOW-FAT BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Ingredients

  •  1 1/3 Cups of flour
  •  ½ cup sugar
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  1 tsp baking soda
  •  1 egg
  •  ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  •  ½ cup canola oil
  •  3 mashed rotten banana’s
  •  ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  • Combine dry ingredients. Then add liquid ingredients. Beat till smooth. Add chocolate chips. Pour into cups. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Make even healthier:
  • ✔ use ¼ cup chips
  • ✔ use ½ whole wheat flour
  • ✔ use fat free yogurt
