CATEGORIES

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 7
  • Bag of strong coffee {expresso roast works best..you don't need an expresso maker and the strength is just about right.
  • Skim milk
  • Low-fat Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • Fat free whipped cream
  • Sugar
  • Ice.

DIRECTIONS

Brew about 6 cups of coffee. Use approx. 1 tablespoon MORE of the coffee than what you normally use.

Allow to cool, and put in a covered plastic container {like an iced tea jug}.

Chill in fridge overnight.

This will be enough to make 1 a day for a week.

In a blender, combine 3/4 cup of coffee, 1 cup skim milk, 2-3 teaspoons of sugar, 3-4 squirts of the low-fat chocolate syrup, and 6 ice cubes. Use the "mix" option on the blender until the ice is ALMOST completely chopped. Pour into a TALL glass. Add fat-free whipped cream. Stick a straw in it and enjoy!!!
