Low-Fat Chutney Chicken Salad

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups diced cooked chicken OR turkey
1/4 cup mango chutney
1 sm. golden delicious apple - cored, minced
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
salt and pepper - to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
-Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Notes: Use as a sandwich filling or serve on top of a bed of greens.
