LOW FAT SANDWICH - SW

Ingredients

  • 2 Small wholemeal loaf slices
  • 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
  • Prawns/Tuna/Salmon - cooked/frozen/canned
  • diced Cucumber/Sweetcorn/Chopped pepper
  • Fresh chives or other herb

Directions

  • Basically, defrost the prawns if frozen or drain water out of fish tin
  • Chop some cucumber slices and dice or whatever veg youre having
  • Mix with mayo and spread onto bread
  • Tah dah! Sandwich made :D

Notes

I joined SlimmingWorld (SW) at the end of June 2014. Since then I have completely changed my eating habits and although I have to be careful about sandwiches I have pretty much made them all worth half a Syn!!! other SW's will know what I am on about. This is one sandwich recipe that I really enjoy but feel free to mix it about
