LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups soy flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup club soda
  • 1tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together (will be a thick batter). With spatula spread the batter as thin and evenly possible in pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-15mins or until firm to touch. Remove crust and increase oven temp to 400 degrees. Apply sauce and toppings to taste and bake.
